The best way to contact me is by text message. You are welcome to call and leave a message, but there is a 90% chance I will not be able to answer due to being booked and currently working on a client. Please leave a voicemail if I do not answer, or I will not know to call you back.

Facebook messenger is also one way, but I will warn you: for some reason, I do not get the messages in a timely manner! The app tends to tell me when I have a message sent about 5 days later. If I don't answer within the day, chances are that Facebook has not told me you have contacted me!
